Combined Polish-Ukrainian-Lithuanian Brigade?

The countries have been discussing plans for a multinational brigade to be used for peacekeeping. The plan originated in 2009, but the current crisis in Kiev had given the plan a driven impetus. Pawel Kowal, a Polish MEP, stated, “Now is the time to only to refresh the idea but also realize it.” The countries are in the same region, and have cross trained as part of the NATO Partnership for Peace.
